Return and Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of opened, used, or unsealed tea products for hygiene and safety reasons.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or faulty, please contact us at orders@wehygla.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Where applicable, we may offer a replacement, refund, or store credit.
Change of Mind
For unopened and sealed products, you may contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return. Products must be unused, unopened, sealed, and in their original condition.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
Non-returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- opened or used tea products;
- products with broken seals;
- products not in their original condition;
- items returned without prior approval.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a faulty item.
